Food Products Return & Refund Policy 

At Warrington cash and carry, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the perishable nature of food and health safety standards, our return policy is as follows:

1. General Return Guidelines 

*Safety first: For the protection of all customers, we cannot accept returns on food items that have been opened, tampered with, or have a broken seal.

*Perishable Items: Fresh produce, dairy, meat and frozen goods are generally non-returnable once they have left our premises/delivery vehicle, unless they are spoiled or damaged upon arrival. 

*Non-perishable items: Unopened, shelf-stable items (e.g.,canned goods, bottled sauces) may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. 

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is spoiled, contaminated or damaged, we will make it right.

*Notification: Please contact us within 24 hours of discovery.

*Evidence: We may request a photo of the product, the packaging, and the ”Best Before” date to help us investigate the issue with our suppliers. 

*Resolution: At our discretion, we will offer a full refund, a replacement, or store credit. 

3. Order Cancellations 

Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. 

4. Refund Process

*Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
